Turn Around Time (Time Until Shipping)

All orders will be verified within 24-48 hours of receiving payment (does not include weekends, holidays, and other closures as posted). If you have any questions or need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at omgbecky605@gmail.com, or phone at (605) 366-2103. No changes can be made to your order after it has been processed.

As of August 28, 2021, our Turn Around Time (TAT), or time until your order will ship, is currently 7-14 days (does not include weekends and holidays. Please follow OMG Becky Boutique on Facebook for updates). Please keep in mind that TAT is subject to change without notice. Once your items are shipped, delivery time is based on each carrier's policy. You will be provided with a tracking number and can receive updates and track your package through your carrier. Packages are insured based on mailing preferences selected at checkout. If shipped items are lost, please contact the shipping carrier used to ship your items. Once your item is accepted by the shipping carrier, OMG Becky Boutique, their owners and/or associates, are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items and/or items delivered to incorrect address.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there are damages to the design, you may be eligible to exchange your item within 10 days. To be eligible for exchanges, your items must have been cared for per ALL recommended instructions as stated on our website and ALL care instructions on the manufacturers tag. You MUST have your receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept exchanges on custom orders, sale items, personal care items, perishable items, downloadable software products, dropship items, or gift cards.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your exchange. If you are exchanging an eligible item, shipping and turn around time will vary depending on your location, item exchanged, our inventory and supplier's inventory (if applicable), and shipping time. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds issued.
